We invite you to join us for our upcoming complimentary workshop we call the “Lunch & Learn” series. Each month we will be introducing new and interesting topics.
This event took place at the Thornhill Golf & Country Club on Friday, May 23rd between 12:00 and 1:00pm.
When it comes to investing, risk cannot be ignored. That being said, more investors place much more emphasis analyzing past performance than risk and quite often, risk is ignored altogether. If understanding risk is so important, then why do so few people take the time to understand it?
We will cover:
- Assessing your risk – What’s your number?
- How much income can I safely take out of my portfolio
- How does age affect asset mix; a rule of thumb
- How do you reduce the risk and still keep ahead of inflation
- How portfolios react to the down market
Join us, and ask the questions you want to know.
